Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Shipping in the U.S. is via USPS Priority Mail.

International shipping is via USPS Global Express, Express International or Priority International.

Global Express Mail offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible once the package leaves our store.

{Euro Kidz is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse. All items purchased from EuroKidz.com are at the risk of loss and title for such loss passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon delivery Packages are left either in your mailbox, or can possibly be left on your porch. Should you require insurance, delivery confirmation or a signature required at time of delivery please advise us of your request in the customer notes section of the checkout process.}

If the final shipping charges are less than you paid upon check-out, we will gladly refund you back the difference if it is $4.99 or greater. The shipping charges that are added during check-out are approximate charges and not always accurate. We are not responsible for any customs taxes or duties, they are the responsibility of the customer. If you prefer another means of shipping, please email us at customerservice@eurokidz.net and tell us which carrier you prefer. We will email you with the shipping charge based on your preference of shipping.

Approximate shipping costs are determined during the checkout process based on weight and destination. We will charge or refund back to you based on the final shipping charges calculated when your order has been processed via usps.

For Returns/Exchanges:

At EUROKIDZ.com we stand behind our merchandise! Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the following return/exchange policy:
All claims regarding damages must be made within 4 days of receiving your order, we will not be responsible for claims made after this period.

ALL MERCHANDISE (unworn with tags attached in their original packaging), unless stated as "Final Sale"  ARE RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ALL SWIMSUITS & Kaiya Eve Styles ARE FINAL SALE. 

Please contact EUROKIDZ by e-mail at returns@eurokidz.net to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or we will be unable to accept your package. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of your package or it will not be accepted. Let us know what you are planning to return.
Please note: All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. EUROKIDZ will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or used. Please return all garments with the tags attached and in original packaging where applicable. When returning merchandise we strongly suggest you send the package with a traceable carrier for your protection, as we will not be responsible for merchandise that is lost in return transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.
Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed, unless the return is required as the result of our own error. If your order received free shipping but the order amount falls below the free shipping minimum, after the return, the full shipping charge for sending the original item will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a complete order that received free shipping you will receive a refund of the merchandise total, less our actual shipping costs.
Exchanges may be made within 14 days of your receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. However, to ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item on-line and return the original item for credit back to your account. We cannot hold items in anticipation of a return.
We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases. Should you wish to return a gift that you received you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order for an exchange or store credit.

Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days after the order was delivered to recipient, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Euro Kidz and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, both ways.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure or any reason, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, disbursement fees or additional charges that we incur as a result.
