Euro Kidz is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse. All items purchased from EuroKidz.com are at the risk of loss and title for such loss passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon delivery Packages are left either in your mailbox, or can possibly be left on your porch. Should you require insurance, delivery confirmation or a signature required at time of delivery please advise us of your request in the customer notes section of the checkout process.

Pre-Orders are advance purchases for items to ship at a later date, made with the understanding that the sale is completed and that there are no cancellations. Pre-Order merchandise and special orders are eligible for store credit only upon return. If the manufacturer decides not to produce a specific style, or if they do not ship that style to us for any reason, you will be refunded your deposit. To place a pre-order simply add the coupon code: PreOrder50 during check-out and you will be charged a 50% deposit for your pre-order. The remaining balance will be due once your order has shipped out to you. Pre-Order deposits are non-refundable, store credit only. Generally, Winter Pre-Orders are shipped around August > November and Summer Pre-Orders are shipped around February > May.
